The offer applies to trailers that settle on or before 30 June 2026. Get in touch early to allow time for finance approval and trailer handover.
1. Eligibility & "Approved Applicant". An "approved applicant" means an applicant whose finance application has been formally approved by a participating lender via Simplify Asset Finance Pty Ltd (Credit Representative 387025 · Australian Credit Licence 389087), and whose finance contract has proceeded to settlement for the purchase of one of the listed Gorski trailers ordered during the campaign period. Finance approval is at the sole discretion of the participating lender, subject to credit assessment, applicant circumstances, and asset suitability. Approval is not guaranteed.
2. Reimbursement structure. The reimbursement is paid by Gorski Engineering Pty Ltd directly to the approved applicant via electronic funds transfer to the applicant's nominated Australian bank account within five (5) business days of finance settlement. It is calculated as the equivalent of three (3) months of the regular contracted repayments under the executed finance agreement.
3. Maximum reimbursement cap. The reimbursement is capped at a maximum of AU$7,500 (inclusive of any applicable GST consequences) per approved applicant. Where three (3) months of contracted repayments exceed $7,500, the customer will receive $7,500 only and remains responsible for any shortfall. Where three (3) months of contracted repayments are less than $7,500, the customer will receive only the equivalent of three (3) months of contracted repayments. No additional amount will be payable on top of the reimbursement.
4. Customer remains responsible for repayments. The reimbursement does not alter the customer's contractual obligations to the lender. The customer remains fully responsible for making all scheduled repayments under the finance agreement when due. Failure to make repayments may result in default, additional fees, and enforcement action by the lender. This offer is not a deferral, holiday, or reduction of repayment obligations.
5. Indicative repayments & assumptions. Weekly repayments shown are indicative only and based on the following assumptions: the listed trailer price ex-GST plus a $500 lender application fee, a 7-year term with no balloon, an interest rate of 7.10% p.a., weekly in arrears, ex-GST, for approved applicants. The actual rate, term, repayment and total cost will depend on the lender's assessment and may differ materially from the figures shown.
6. Campaign period & settlement deadline. The offer is valid until 30 June 2026. To qualify, the applicant's finance must be approved and the trailer must settle with Simplify Asset Finance on or before 30 June 2026. Delays caused by lenders, third parties, transport providers, customer documentation requirements, or other circumstances do not extend eligibility unless otherwise agreed in writing by Gorski. Orders cancelled prior to settlement are not eligible for the reimbursement.
7. While stocks last. The offer applies to the participating trailer inventory listed on this page only and is available while stocks last. Once a listed trailer is sold or otherwise withdrawn from the campaign, the offer ceases to apply to that unit. Gorski makes no representation that any specific trailer will remain available throughout the campaign period.
8. Clawback & rescission. If the finance contract is rescinded, cancelled, unwound, refinanced with another provider, or materially amended after settlement, Gorski reserves the right to withhold or recover any reimbursement paid in error. The customer agrees to repay the reimbursement on demand in such circumstances.
9. Anti-fraud & arm's length transactions. Gorski reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or recover any reimbursement where it reasonably believes the transaction is not a genuine arm's length commercial purchase, or where misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent information has been provided.
10. One per approved applicant. The reimbursement is limited to one (1) per approved applicant, ABN, or related entity. The offer cannot be combined with any other Gorski promotion, discount, or finance incentive unless expressly agreed in writing by Gorski.
11. No cash alternative. No alternative goods or services are offered in lieu of the cash reimbursement. The reimbursement is a marketing incentive funded by Gorski Engineering Pty Ltd. It does not constitute a finance product, lender rebate, or interest concession.
12. Force majeure. Gorski is not responsible for delays in manufacture, delivery, registration, transport, finance settlement, or any other matter caused by events outside its reasonable control. Such delays do not extend the campaign period or entitle any customer to the reimbursement after the campaign settlement deadline.
13. Privacy & data sharing. By submitting an enquiry or finance application in connection with this offer, you consent to your personal and business information being shared between Gorski Engineering Pty Ltd, Simplify Asset Finance Pty Ltd, and participating lenders for the purpose of assessing and arranging the trailer purchase and finance application. Information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. You may request access to or correction of your information by contacting Gorski or Simplify directly.
14. Tax treatment. The customer is solely responsible for any income tax, GST, or other tax consequences arising from receipt of the reimbursement. Customers should seek independent professional tax and financial advice. Neither Gorski nor Simplify Asset Finance provides personal tax or financial advice.
15. Non-transferable. The reimbursement is personal to the approved applicant and is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable by any party other than the approved applicant on the executed finance agreement.
16. Variation & withdrawal. Gorski reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
17. Governing law. This offer is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising in connection with this offer will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
